FAQ

Is the cost $525 total for 6 months, or $525 per month? The cost is $525 per month.

6 months seems like a big commitment, could I try it for less? 6 months is the minimum amount of time to get you results I can stand by. If you want epic change, you have to be willing to commit to something long enough for it to work!

Could I do 2x a week or some other modification? The program is very intentionally designed to include workouts based on 4 foundational movements over 3 exposures a week. Reducing the frequency, in my experience, does not yield the type of results I stand by, so I only offer my program as it's designed

Why shouldn’t I go with a cheaper competitor? Anybody cheaper than me is not my competitor, and your experience will reflect that. In a world of generalists, I’m a specialist. Good work ain’t cheap, and cheap work ain’t good.

I'm still not sure I'm ready, do you offer any lower barrier services? Yes! Check out our Training App in the Services menu to get a feel for my programming and method!

Can't I just find workout videos and do it myself online? Let's be honest: You're most likely here, on my page, because what you're doing isn't working and you're looking for something better. You can keep engineering ways to keep yourself small, or you can trust that investing in yourself will produce growth.
