Let's get to know each other better! This assessment will take about an hour, and we will assess your movement, strength, and posture. As I look for imbalances, improper movements, and weaknesses, we will also discuss any previous injuries or limitations.


To see if we're a really good fit, I will ask you a number of questions about your aspirations, limitations, and willingness to commit to changing your life.

-Be prepared to move in a challenging, but not rigorous way.
-Please bring clothes you can work out in and a water bottle.
-There is a firm 10 minute cutoff, so please don't be late.
-We can only see so many people! To help us use our time wisely, 24 hour cancellation is greatly appreciated.
