Semi-Private Training

A monthly subscription to semi-private personal training, working alongside 3 other trainees. Better than a class, less expensive than private training, this service is the most cost-effective way to experience individualized personal training.

Supported Access Pricing

For those earning/with access to less than Portland's median income and who would benefit from access supported by the community (income verification required)

$500 *per month* for 6 months

Fair Market Pricing

For those with sufficient financial resources to pay fair market value and a living wage for our services

$525 *per month* for 6 months

Equity Rebalancing Pricing

For those with ample financial resources and a desire to support equitable access for those with limited resources

$550 *per month* for 6 months

With my expertise in diagnostics and movement therapy, I spot  things other trainers miss. With my background in chiropractic, injury rehab, and powerlifting, I can keep you safer than any other trainer in Portland. I collaborate with physical therapists, chiropractors, and other practitioners to continually sharpen my knowledge.

I begin by assessing the individual with the care and scrutiny necessary to uncover every imbalance, weakness, and improper movement. I show the client how very precise adjustments can change the entire feel of a movement. With these findings in mind, I discuss goals, training recommendations, and projected outcomes.

Therapy Session

I believe in evidence-based practice. Each client receives a highly progressive, adaptive program based on sound scientific principles. There is no guesswork involved, and progress is measured weekly to ensure you aren't wasting any time or effort. I train movement patterns designed to translate to everyday life---and other superhuman pursuits.


During training, I carefully monitor and correct movements---mere millimeters can mean the difference between epic strength and catastrophic injury. Real-time adaptations are made to programming to ensure that you never plateau and never get injured. Your program grows with you as an individual for the entirety of your lifting career.
