I've been really enjoying working out with Shay for the last few months and I've seen great results so far. It's a great, welcoming environment where you can put in some serious work. Shay really pays attention to each person's needs and idiosyncrasies and comes up with a plan to build strength and balance, and that feels amazing. When I joined, I thought I would be dragging myself to the gym kicking and screaming three days a week, but honestly I look forward to it every time.
