If you'e looking to growing your own physical and mental strength go here. Everyone's fitness journey is different, mine has been up and down along with a few reconstructive surgeries. I started going here about a year ago and in that time, Shay put a plan together that matched my goals and my body that has made me stronger than when I was training alone. Its the right mix of someone pushing you, encouraging you, and supporting you outside of the gym. I'm injury free, lifting heavy weight, and in a space really working on myself, a year ago that wasn't the case.
