FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before submitting an inquiry, please consult our most commonly asked questions. If you still have questions, feel free to reach out and ask!

Do you offer group classes?

No. We only offer personal training.

What is the difference between semi-private training and group classes?

Unlike group classes, semi-private training includes custom programming and focused movement correction. You will not be doing the same thing as the person next to you. You will not attend "classes", but regularly scheduled appointments.

What is your class schedule?

There isn't a class schedule; when you sign up for training, we will find 3 weekly standing appointment times that work for you, based on open slots. The gym is open Monday 6am-12:30pm, Tuesday 7am-12:30pm, Thursday 6am-11:30am, Friday 9am-12:30pm, and Saturday 8am-12:30pm.

How much does training cost?

6 month commitment to Semi-Private Training: $497/month

12 month commitment to Semi-Private Training: $447/month

Can I do a shorter commitment?

No. 6 months is the minimum amount of time I need to produce results I can stand by. These offerings were very thoughtfully crafted, so they cannot be modified.

How many sessions can I attend per week?

Training subscriptions include 3 training sessions per week.

Do you offer online training?

No. Our commitment to safety and proven results relies on being able to train you in person, in a 3 dimensional environment, much like physical therapy.

Do you have open gym?

No. We only offer personal training.

I'm trying to do this as cheap as possible. Could I pay you very little and have you still train me safely?

No. Like tattoos, you can always "go the cheap route". What do you end up with? Regret, and the cost of a better, more expensive tattoo artist doing a cover-up job a year later. Same with personal training. You can go jack up your spine somewhere else, and then come to me to rehab your injuries later. It costs what it does because nothing of value is cheap. Like many things in life, it's a better value in the long run to do it the right way. Convince yourself that you deserve it.

I have injuries, can you still help me get strong?

Of course! I specialize in injury rehab, and happy to speak to any doctor or other practitioner you are working with. We can modify any exercise to keep you safe and ensure progress.

Do you think I would be a good fit?

If you are an awesome person, or even just striving to be one, and are done hemming and hawing, and are truly ready to invest in and commit to self-improvement, well then dang I want to meet you!
