Classes progress at your pace, with expert guidance to ensure form, prevent injury, and create sustainable habits.

Intro to barbell training

6 week course

This 6-week course is perfect for those already familiar with strength training and looking to learn proper barbell technique. With a focus on  form and safety, you'll follow a structured program designed to improve your lifts, enhance strength, and prevent injury. Expert coaching ensures each movement is performed correctly, helping you take your training to the next level in a supportive, guided environment.
